This used to be an amazing place to bring guests but sadly the service and food has dropped severely. I recently took my guests here to give them a fine dining experience that would blow their minds however was sorely disappointed. The service was terrible! I spoke to a manager who was rude, unkempt and basically told us to go somewhere else. The food was okay, nothing exciting like it used to be although we had a hard baked potato, unflavoured spinach, and tough lamb chops. Needless to say, I’ll not be going there nor will I be recommending the Butcher Shop to anyone else.

Was there with friends meal was good and waiter friendly. The gentleman at door (Pearson) was awsome and very professional, a asset to your business.

We went there for a special dinner, but we left after starters. The starter was delicious, but in my view severely overpriced like the rest of the menu (R30 for a can of coke). We would have stayed if the service and ambience was better. I’m sure it’s a nice place for work functions perhaps, but we were disappointed to say the least and won’t be back.
