Worst service on a continuous basis
Such a beautiful outside setting. Excellent service and the best quality food. Try the Korean Fried Chicken Burger- it’s outstanding. We love this branch because it’s really kid friendly.
Tiger’s Milk Bryanston is a great place to hang out, either solo or with friends. I go there about 2 to 3 times a month. The menu however needs to be revamped a little, particularly the pizza & seafood menu. Other than that the vibe is great.
Booked at Tigers Milk for my birthday and wow what a huge disappointment. They clearly cannot handle large crowds and they should have stated so form the beginning. We arrived and the waitress seemed to be confused and took us to a 4 seater when we had booked for 20 people. After a few minutes she took us outside and our table was not ready, it was dirty and not set up and furthermore the table was not enough for the amount of people. Our food took forever to arrive and the only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the food was good. The service was terrible and clearly management had no idea how to deal with the situation. We got our food after about 2 hours after we ordered, some even later.The day after they sent us a survey and after voicing our concerns they did not even bother to get back to us.We booked well in advance so they definitely had enough time to plan for the group dinner but they chose not to. Having been there before and had a great time I was really disappointed and more so at their lack of response to the situation on the night and after.
The Jalapeño poppers were soggy. The grilled corn on the cob was boiled & had to be returned for grilling. And since the restaurant was not busy, my deduction is that the kitchen is poorly managed.
