Have been going to Fratellis for nearly 5 years. Always order the same things happily with good results. This review isn’t so much about the food but management attitude. Today my husband’s calzone was seriously undersized. When we complained we were told that his guys were the same and his portions were the same – not even willing to entertain a query. If Mandy had been there it would have been different. One bad experience taints all the others – good as they are.

The pizza was so overcooked that even the toppings were burnt to a crisp. I wouldn’t waste my money to go here ever again. Maybe get your chefs to take a few Italian cooking classes!
I came here with a friend of mine for a pizza breakfast date on my birthday . The place is nearby and I wanted a casual spot without too much fuss and frill. We got there a bit early so it was still quite empty . The place gives off a very family restaurant feel on the inside ,similar to your Dros restaurant setup . I really liked the wine cellar and this was a relief for me to find something I like at this spot since the outside was quite dull . The outside is really great ,amazing lighting and a huge space . It’s overlooking the road so the traffic can be quite distracting .Our waiter gave us decent service , he wasn’t too present but wasn’t particularly absent .This at least made up for how not all the condiments were there on the table . It was quite annoying having to constantly ask him to bring items like garlic to the table. To eat we had the Californian pizza and cooldrink . I really enjoyed the pizza and gobbled it down in a few minutes . It was very good ,I liked how the avocado slices were really fresh .Another let down was the bathrooms ,they’re quite dingy and situated so far off from the restaurant. I have a lot of mixed opinions on this place ,I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to come back . But wouldn’t stop the chance either . Overall a decent spot,particularly ideal for families .
