We have been to Little OT’s before. The food is terrible, however my son seemed to like it so one does not fret about the food too much. However, we went again today and was met by a very obnoxious apparent manager. Myself and another mum stood outside as she explained the place is full. This with only half the venue being full. There were ample chairs and myself and the other mom offered to share a table. The manager outright refused to help us. Her attitude though was a disgrace and for that I would not recommend anyone to go there. It just isn’t worth it.
We did not enjoy this place at all. The only thing good about it was the company who joined me. The children’s play area was very dirty. The one slide had a thick layer of dust! My friends sausage with her breakfast was firstly brought after the food arrived and the secondly, completely off. The service is terrible because there is only one waitress and she has to manage the coffee machine as well! I would not recommend this place to anyone with small children. It’s just too unhygienic

Overall we had a great time but we were a bit disappointed that there was only ice cream as a topping for the waffle – not even syrup. Food was good otherwise and the kids had a real blast. A relaxing outing for sure.
We love to bring our toddler here to play while we relax and have a light meal. The food and service are good and the staff are friendly. Such a lovely little play place for toddlers. And it’s always clean!
