My first visit to Cafe Lite was 2 or 3 years back when I wanted to grab a quick lunch before an appointment. Returned a couple of times after that and food and drinks were on point, really healthy and awesomely tasty every single time. Had an early morning meeting around the corner from there this morning, but was an hour early, so remembered about this spot while considering Nicolway’s coffee shops. Yet again pleasantly surprised at still a fantastic menu at a very affordable price. Coffee and a breakfast i would not usually take (oat, apple and chia seed and a few other ingredients), but a very pleasant tasting super healthy dish to kick off the morning. Loved it, as always

The first time that I popped into Cafe Lite was last year. I loved that it was around the corner from work, but also that I could go into the Bryanston NHC and have a gorgeous Lavazza coffee waiting for me at any time of the morning or evening! Dereck Nair, the owner and manager, is nearly always on hand to make sure that everything runs smoothly and I love his approach to really healthy food. I love their ‘egg-white’ omelettes & their gorgeous butternut and feta quiches (attached)*
Delicious food!! Great baked quiches and muffins. Healthy goodness! If you want a quick break from the office and get quality, this is the place to go!
