Theee ideal spot for a quick lunch or a catch up session between friends. With an easy selection of lunch dishes to choose from while enjoying the beauty that surrounds the cafe. The portions are well sized as well as well priced. The chicken tremizzini was one of the best ive tasted.
What a lovely place! It has heritage history but we went for breakfast on Saturday.Apparently it get quite busy during the week, but we were the only patrons that day. On the patio we sat, overlooking the lovely gardens, historic buildings and big trees.Our waiter was good. The paper menu is just soooo creative!!!Coffee was good and strong. I joked about a cookie and received fabulous choc chip cookies!!! Look for them inside the cafe.Hein had the Farmhouse breakfast. Boerewors, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans and toast. He said it was great.I had the Croissant with roasted baby tomatoes, cooked red onions and Brie cheese. It was divine!
