Ordered a mixed basket, it’s costs R184 and did I not wait super long for the worst platter I have seen in my life. Nothing more than 5 wings that taste bland, beef strips drenched in sauce, I think it was to mask a weird taste & got two sides. I chose the fries & spring rolls. I got a few fries & 2 spring rolls. I can’t believe it. The beers were good.
Better than the one in fourways- just find it dead average- food as well- very dead- and there is no vibey music or entertainment- I go to the one in fourways and its the same, I honestly think they should of stayed at the last venue in the buzz at the top at least then there was a view and a vibe
Went to watch the cricket last week at Cheerleaders. The place was rather quite, not sure if I was because it was a Sunday or if it’s usually like that. Had a few drinks and ordered 2 pizzas (margherita and tikka chicken). The pizzas was good but could have done with a little more flavour. Would like to go back maybe on a Friday or Saturday when it’s busier.
Our regular spot happens to be closed every Sunday, and wanting to watch the T20 final and soccer the next best place in the area is Cheerleaders. Very spacious bar, with inside and outside seating areas, pool tables, Lots of flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure and friendly waitresses. We ordered 2 pizzas, one being a Margherita and the other a Tikka Chicken. The Margherita was nice but lacked a little seasoning. The Tikka Chicken was nice but could have been a little spicier. A very nice place to watch sports and just chill with easy finger food.
