I booked a table for 10 teenagers on Monday night. We were not treated properly, the waitress that served my daughter and friends was shocking. There was no common courtesy of checking up on the table and clearing it up. I had to go tell the waiter every time to check on the girls and to also clean the table. The manager of the shop never came to me once to check up if everything was ok and to top it up the shop was not busy that night. I was more surprised to see that the tip was added to my bill which I didn’t like cos of the bad service I was not going to give the waiter a full 10% tip, but I realized she knew she was getting it hence the terrible service and manners. We love Col cacchios pizza but will never go back to Monte branch where i also do have business lunches.

Went here last weekend when we wanted to try something new and found this place. They have a nice ambience with inside and outside sitting option. Staff is also very polite.As i’m a fan of pasta i ordered veg penne pasta with white sauce and it was amazing. They have a variety of menu and one thing i liked too much is that they have half and half pizza option here. And the pizza was also too good. This is a must try place in monte casino.
