The food is basic greasy pub grub that is best washed down with beer. As a night out, it’s worth checking out especially if you love tequila. The owner/MC should consider a younger, perhaps less white, less crusty replacement; the dad jokes are stale and groan-worthy, there are smarter folks out there. That aside I give it a 3.5 for good value and something different for a night out.
First of all, the comedy was excellent! Secondly, Joe is quite chuffed with his pizzas – he mentioned it on several occasions. We had the platter for two, which was quite expensive and largely consisted of processed ingredients. But it did a good job of lining the stomach. Next time, we’ll share a pizza for half the price. Service was good. Their house red is nice too.
Food was edible but very average. I had a cheese burger. I struggled to cut the bun & struggled to cut the patty – separately or together – I don’t think it was the knife. Very tough. The piazza with mince barely had any mince – a few specks here and there. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t go back for the food.
