Average food with terribly rude management. Don’t use uber eats to order from them as they seem incapable of understanding how the system works. I was delivered food that was over 90 minutes old (was cold and vegetables had turned to mush). They left the tag showing when the food had been made. Having contacted the restaurant the manager was incredibly rude. Avoid.
Food is always consistent! Prices slightly higher than simply Asia, but for good reason massive portions and really good flavour!!! Best Thai restaurant in the Fourways area without a doubt
Ok so decided to try this place after reading reviews and driving past a few times. Boy was I dissapointed. Glorified Chinese chow main type food with thai noodles just double the price if you ask me. Traditional authentic pad thai is made with peanuts and dried shrimp and it’s noodles meant to be long and fun to eat not a stodgy broken up noodle mess. The ginger sauce is also horrible thick chunks of ginger pieces can your chef really not delicately and professionally slice the ginger into thin edible slices instead of thick unpalatable chucks if he’s to lazy invest in a flippen grater. My panang curry was green beans and chicken nothing else in it like broccoli like stated on the menu. How absolutely dissapointing. Yes, your portions are huge but is that maybe because you cutting corners from the traditional thai fresh pastes and ingredients for oaster sauce and soya sauce quick and easy and cheaper. The food had no thai fresh flair, delicate delicious healthy food it was just as my local Chinese takeout joint all tastes the same and oily. So sad. I’ll stick to erwan and kai thai thank you very much. Nothing thai about your thai wanna be food. If I didn’t live so far from your establishment I would have returned the food for a refund and would have rather ate at mcdonalds for quarter of the price.
Decent taste but something missing. Ordered the veg green and peanut butter curries and corn cakes. Seems like they blend the curries, gives that weird not-soup not-curry texture. Veggies a bit too soft. Corn cakes oily but good texture. Hot was not hot at all.
