Great food and atmosphere. Service is fast and always on point. I can recommend any dish here – the Duck is incredible and the Crystal spring roll too.
Saigon has been open for many years and only recently did we discover this lovely Vietnamese restaurant. The venue is in a good area but the restaurant itself needs a touch up renovation. The staff attended to us very quickly. The food was tasty and it definitely deserves another visit from us to try out the rest of the menu.
Food is still good but service has slipped to the point of being bad enough not to go back. Inattentive waitstaff who take your order and return 10+ minutes later to say that is unavailable multiple times to the point where they have to send someone else to explain what they have and what they don’t made it a cumbersome and frustrating experience.
Haven’t been to Saigon for a while and decided to meet friends there for dinner – what a disappointment!The restaurant was half full at best and completely disorganized.The kitchen appeared unable to manage the orders that were coming in, and there only appeared to be two waitrons looking after all of of the tables, meaning that service was poor.Some of our meals were never prepared by the kitchen and other meals arrived at different times, meaning that some guests were not able to eat while others sat with their food getting cold.All in all, management really appears to have dropped the ball at Saigon. It is no longer a pleasant experience. All in all a waste of money, and not somewhere that I would recommend if you would like to enjoy a good evening.DISAPPOINTED!
