Stopped for breakfast on the way to Cape Town. Chips were soggy and undercooked. Cappuccino was so very weak, rather buy coffee from the Vida inside the petrol shop. However saying that, this was 1000 times better than the wimpy we stopped at last year. Eggs and bacon were great
We stopped at this Steers to refuel during an 14 hour all night road trip. As far as I am concerned Steers food is Steers food. It’s either good or really bad. The food at this Steers is ideal if you want to stop for a quick, cheap snack. We had no complaints about the food and it arrived quickly; the milkshakes were delicious although Jurgen did say that the cappuccino he ordered was one of the worst he’s ever had. Overall the restaurant was clean and very well lit; our waitress was friendly but a little slow and we ended up having to go to the counter to pay for our food as she never came back to the table.
