My wife booked her 40th birthday high tea. It ended up being a complete stuff up. Even though she had confirmed the booking and paid a deposit, when she arrived with her guests, they had made a mistake.They had evidently not checked other guests entering the area and so another group of guests plonked themselves down on the reserved and set out table. How any decent maitre d’hotel could have allowed this to happen is unexplainable. They then crammed my wife’s party into a corner with odd rickety different sized tables and proceeded to serve them with old dirty chipped crockery. There is no way this can be considered acceptable service. For an establishment trying to market itself as upmarket, exclusive and bespoke, they fell completely off the mark. My wife, the guests and I will never go there again nor recommend it to anyone.

I took my mom here for mothers day and we had an early high-tea. The food was freshly prepared and the tea was amazing. The decor felt very cottage-like and the staff where super friendly.
We stopped here for a cuppa and something sweet to eat. We chose to have the scones and walnut cake which was interesting. Our waiter was delightful and accommodating
Visited for a baby shower. Elegant intimate venue above the regular shop. Service a bit inattentive and slow. Tea eats and treats tasty and ample. Good for small group get togethers
