After time at the stunning spa we were looking forward to lunch here. Its a bright airy sunshine filled dining area with classic whites and greys.The menu has about 5-7 options for each course. We were served bread and whipped butter and went straight to mains. All dishes were well presented, we ordered 2 chicken roulades, a beef fillet and lamb shank. The chicken was a hit on the table as it had a veloute. The beef cooked medium but was dry as there was a drizzle of jus, served with 2 minute crumbed pieces of fried bone marrow, a ravioli and 3 mini fondant pototoes. Not a flavour packed dish. The lamb shank was also sauceless and therefore dry.We brought in our own cake as it was a birthday, please take note of cake corkage of R350. Cake was served but no orders of tea/coffee or even drinks top up were offered. Service was slow, even though there were hardly any patrons.For the prices of the meals and beverages, I did expect more but it was just average. For a 5 star boutique hotel restaurant there was also no manager present on the floor.

The service wasn’t great either. The vibe however was good and the restaurant has some beautiful decor. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
