I went to Karoo in Midrand yesterday afternoon for a wonderful Sunday lunch . I am used to  the standard of the  one in Irene , but what happend to the branch in Midrand , no one will be able to explain . This was the worst experience i had in many years . The staff is rude and have a bad attitude , food terrible , tables dirty and general maintenance issues . 80 % of the light are  blown in the place . When  i tried to get the terrible food down with some good old  – All Gold tomato sauce – It was fake ! watery fake tomato sauce . When the staff realized i was upset they ran to Spar to try and get some genuine souse – far to late .Where i lost my cool is when i phone around to get head office Numbers and everyone refused to give me the number . On the internet is 011 786 9034 – Number does not exist . I have been a Karoo customer for many years , but if management cares about their business , act on the Midrand as they will be the reason for many of your customers to leave !
