I had a horrible experience at the place! A staffer there was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. Sat at the bar but was ignored the entire time and received slow service after waving to get attention. Then after expressing my concern, I was shouted at and belittled. I was in actual shock at the service, because I had no idea service people could be so mean and unprofessional. The manager and another waiter tried to make the experience better by offering free drinks, but my night was ruined by the experience with the haughty and rude waiter. He was so wayward and insubordinate, he dismissed the manager’s warning as if he knew nothing would happen to him. I do not see myself returning there ever again!

Place seems very busy, perhaps because a lot of people are still on holiday and also maybe a lot of tourists. I was told I could sit anywhere. So I chose to sit by a table area that was slightly elevated from the bar area. I waited for close to 15 Min before I decided to put up my hand and ask for a waitress. Eventually she took my order. I then waited close to 15 Min for my food, but it was worth the wait. I just wish I was attended to faster. The food is however fantastic! My complements to the cook! I tried the Hudson’s beef 250g burger. It was delicious!
Busy and vibey with friendly staff. The new vegan menu has a fantastic selection of options. My burger choice was great. The vegan oreo milkshake was absolutely delicious. Looking forward in returning.
