Jolly Cool is a popular student detox hangout with great food and drinks. It can become a bit crowded as the night progresses. Regardless of that, Jollys’ is still such a vibe. The flavors that come together in their dishes are out of this world.
The place is sticky and dirty, the staff are nice but over worked, the people that go there are the most friendly and interesting people in the whole city I feel. The drinks are cheap but surprisingly good, it’s not a show off place at all, you go there to have a good time and make some fun memories, however the smoking in there can get rather hectic and suffocating.Overall a good hangout spot.
The joint is very casual and affordable. However there is too much cigarette smoke inside the joint which kinda spoils the fun if you’re a non smoker
