Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my experience here. My meal was very overcooked (I had the hake) and I couldn’t eat it. I ordered the peppermint crisp dessert which was quite small for the price and only consisted of caramel and biscuit with no actual peppermint crisp im sight.The complimentary bread rolls were very tasty though and other diners enjoyed their food. I may have been unlucky in my choice of dish

The chai was perfect, not too sweet and the soup was fresh, tasty and well cooked. Overall a great experience and vegan friendly.

Delicious homestyle traditional cooking, intimate, lovely warm hostess!! No waiters which I thought was excellent. Had the oxtail and salmon, with traditional African sides e.g samp, pap. Cosy atmosphere. Ideal for small functions too. Affordable prices. Strongly recommended for a different Southern African experience!!
