I did not like their service and it happened to me twice. I ordered for collection and was told it will take 10 to 15 minutes, I got there 25 minutes later and it was still not ready. the person who attended took 15 minutes only to be attended by another waiter and my food was cold. No apologies no nothing and this happened to me twice. The incompetency to collecting customer is disgusting.
This is not a complaint about the food but rather about the owner having a team meeting in the main restaurant area (while eating his Nandos lunch) and raising his voice at the team manager.
Unfortunately did not live up to the standards of some other Ocean Baskets. Had a sushi platter which was very poor qualitybwith the tiniest amounts of salmon in the rolls.Service was very slow even though it was mostly empty.Won’t be back.
