My colleagues and I order from Cafe Sophia’s at least three times a week. The food is delicious and fresh (our regular order is The Agent with extra chicken, although I’ll sometimes have the chicken salad), and they deliver quickly. The staff is friendly, too.
As far as take aways go, this is quite a nice place. I had their chicken salad and it was decent. Love that they deliver for free in Rosebank. I will most definitely use this service in the future for a quick and healthy lunch alternative.
I often eat Sophies meals, its the Ideal place to grab something quick and tasty!I find the portions are more than reasonable, pricing is more competitive than the competition in the building and the fresh quality ingredient are just all worth it!! Always great service and smiles all round.
