Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks, but this is purely service related. My frappe was ready but I was never called. After five minutes of seeing the same frappe just laying on the counter, I went to inspect and found it to be mine. It was merely left there and no name was called and no attention was given to it. Should really get looked into if the owners want it to succeed.

Absolutely love Starbucks. The staff are friendly and they know how to make my favourite frappè or hot beverage perfectly. They always open to new suggestions that you make which is why I love them.
