The coffee shop is nondescript. What does bother me, though, is their servicing of equipment, which I would strongly caution against (along with purchasing equipment from them). Iain replaced a part (R1 350) on my Monroc cappuccino machine, which burnt out shortly afterwards. I took the machine to an authorized Monroc dealer, who advised the part had been faultily wired. I raised this with Iain, providing a letter from the dealer confirming the diagnosis and after 2 civil emails, was ignored.
