Bugerack was amazing for the first year or 2. But going back after a while i was very unhappy with EVERYTHING. We ordered for delivery and they stated the delivery will be with us in 20min. 40min later and no food. I phoned and they said the delivery person is on route another 10min. 20min later (60min in total) we got in our car and drove there. Our food was there. We took it and left (our mistake without checking first) After getting home, my husband (calmest man on earth) lost it. The order was totally wrong and food did not look very good. And had onions all over it (after we stated that i am allergic to onions). We drove back to show them. They fixes the order and gave is milkshakes to ‘make up’. But two hours after we ordered driving up and down for food after a very dificult day. And in the end the burgers really wasnt nice at all. You guys were so so so good. What on earth happend ?

sadly wont be visiting them any longer. they now a fully fledged halaal take away, which i thought i should give a try but their portions have also changed to much much smaller than what they were before. Pity though i really enjoyed their ribs, tasty burgers and huge milkshakes!
Got to the restaurant, service was good, milkshakes were excellent, but the burger had this weird butcher pattie taste, like sub par quality patties were being used. I’ve been to the burger rack in cresta, and the beef patties were excellent unlike at this burgerack .
