unfortunately, after coming to the restaurant many times, with the hope that the quality of food would improve, I was presented with yet another sub-standard meal. The food isn’t bad, it’s just that, for the price, it’s way below standard. I might as well get a takeaway on the side of the road and present it on a good plate.
The place was busy which was was understandable considering it was month end. However, it wasn’t clean, the tables weren’t wiped, the chairs were dirty. The food took an hour after ordering and our drinks took about 30 minutes. The prices are ridiculous considering the poor quality of the food. If they are going to differentiate themselves then price is not it.
Went there yesterday (03.12.2017), the place itself is nice however my experience there was not the greatest. The service was poor from our waitress she was uninterested and unbotherred, food is pricey and DEFINITELY not worth it, it took forever to come which when it eventually came it was undercooked and burnt tasted horrible, drinks are over priced and also take forever to be served, the vibe itself sucked. Never going there!
Possibly the worst dining experience I have had, 1hr30 min for food to arrive, food cold, butter on steak still FROZEN, pap arrived 25min after steak. Disappointed Vuyos. Is this the quality we show to international guests?
