Went to this gem in Johannesburg South..Firstly, we were welcomed by the owner Luis who was so friendly and accommodating! I remember going to this restaurant when I was very little, they have definitely kept their standards over the many years.. We were brought fresh crispy rolls with our drinks order. Hubby and I shared a trinchado starter (R55.00), for mains he had the chicken and prawns (R90.00) and I had the Navios fish platter (R135.00) I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Portuguese experience, the ingredients were fresh and the portions were huge – real bang for buck. For dessert we shared a molotov – or otherwise known as brides mattress (R37.00)I will definitely be back..
