This is my second experience of bad service at Chesa Nyama in Braamfontein.1. I ordered a meal combo that comes with the wors (which si why I ordered it anyway) – was told after payment that 1) There is no wors, 2) I will have to wait 15min for my food. I asked for my money back and was given hella shit attitude.2. Since they offer delivery services, I called in just now and was greeted by an unfriendly voice (wish I had taken the name and shame that lady) – anyway I asked if they 1) have the wors and they did, I then asked if they deliver, and she first said NO, then I overheard her asking her colleague if she will deliver, and she blatantly said NO, so I asked again, do you deliver? Yes or NO, she replied YES – and I said then can I order, and she said, n0 one can come and deliver, am in Juta street, about a street away. I said okay but I suggest you mention that delivery is only done on certain conditions and state them.This place has such great potential and ambiance – but the people (staff) is full of shit.Can people just love their jobs 🙁
This place is awesome. Great prices, Great atmosphere, great food! There is live music on a Saturday and even comedy shows during the week. The service is awesome and the owner is hands on which makes a massive difference.
