This is my second time here and both times have been a pleasure. I went the second time to celebrate my husbands birthday after having accidentally discovered the restaurant while with colleagues and subsequently ending up having a scrumptious lunch there.The food never disappoints. The serving size, taste and presentation are exquisite. And the value for money is even better.I had their Barrel Box Basket and bae had their Steak Egg and Chips. Both were delicious. The ambience and decor give a hearty nod to the classic English pub with just enough chic to have it cater well for the patron who is looking for more of the “upper class” vibes. I do think that it would suit the place more of it were to introduce a smart casual dress code for evenings as flip flops and a tee in that ambience will leave a person feeling very out of place. All in all, great place, great music, great food.
