So last minute eid hunting for biscuits I discovered this cute little bakery in the heart of fordsburg. Firstly the architecture of the store is beyond breathtaking, even thou it’s in need of a good spice up to bring out the architectural balance it simply remains part of the area’s history. R70 a kg of biscuits seemed a bit cheap as if the owners were skimping on the quality, I thought ah well it simply to good to be true. Somehow I gave it a go. I was simply blown away, as it tasted like my grandmother made the biscuits herself with all the butter and coconut possible. I was shocked as for years I have been paying almost three times the price for half a kg and here I found the place that has the big in taste biscuits for half the price. If you having a family thing that no fuss no frills than I suggests you pop in to get super cheap, super yummy tea treats from Devine bakery in fordsburg. They are hard to miss but they situated near wimpy.
