In the middle of Fordsburg, this place somehow has less buzz than the rest of the area (probably because prices are slightly high for Fordsburg). Don’t go in your PJs but don’t bother to glam up. The food is hit and miss. The Malaysian curries are delicious and the prawns have some amazing flavors – but also some mediocre variations. I tried 4 of them and enjoyed 2. Service is fairly average. A waitress tried to take my food whilst I was still eating – twice. One time, I was holding naan in my hand when she reached for the plate. Very much pet peeve. Pro Tip: don’t order the mussels – or anything where ingredients are required to be fresh af.
