Good day Never in my life, have I received such pathetic and disgraceful service from any Fast Food provider. Today I spoke to the Manager of the Bayiew Brach of Joe’s Pizza, Zamirah, in which I inquired about making an order for delivery. She was exceptionally rude, arrogant and cocky over the phone and various occasions raised her voice at me during the call.This type of behavior from staff members in generally brings the company name in disrepute and as such moves customers away from purchasing food from your food outlet. Her attitude and ignorance on customer service relationships, has lead me to order food for my staff from a completely different pizza company.  Kindly inform me, on the way in which you will be dealing with this issue. as this entire incident has left a rather undesirable experience for me on purchasing from Joe’s Pizzas. This experience is one that I shall i soon not forget and i shall inform my fellow colleagues and friends of same. RegardsNico Naidu
