Food always good I must admit the staffs telephone skills are impeccable. I love the fact that they inform you about the specials as well and are patient. What’s better on a rainy day than a good pizza? I ordered the original veggie which was so delicious! The service was friendly. The outlet doesn’t really draw one to eat there so we ordered for collection.
The worst debonairs in all aspects. I am extremely disappointed in this branch, I live 200m away and the pizza i ordered took more than 1 hour to be delivered. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called to check on where my order was and Thabile (the cashier) said the pizza was on its way, then I called back 20 minutes later and spoke to the manager (Rodney or something) who implied that this issue was not his problem, which is extremely rude and unproffesional. When the pizza did arrive it was cold (dont ask me how they get the dot to stay red but as soon as the driver leaves it turns black), the cheese was hard and rubbery and the oil from the cheese was already soaked into the box. Absolutely disgusting! Classical example of uninterested owners who dont know how to run a business!
