2018/04/01 – Good plain breakfast – bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms and toast. Really good scrambled eggs – perfectly cooked and nice and creamy. Friendly staff and fast service.
Great service, pub grub and welcoming atmosphere! And its very reasonably priced too!!! Great local for many of us in Joeys for a Sunday lunch spot, relaxed sundowners with mates after work or after a session of cricket, bowls etc. at the grounds. Portions are big, wide variety and value for money!Favourites: burgers, fish and chips & Portuguese steak. Their trinchado is delicious, but a bit pricy for a small portion (R160 for a starter-like portion).Recommended for a value for money, pub grub type meal or catch up over drinks! Great views of the grounds and JHB too!
Food is always good. Recommend the pork ribs or any of the toasties. Decent sized portions, definitely value for money. Service isn’t amazing, especially during peak times. Great vibe nonetheless!
