Went with my friends and the overall experience was disappointing. We were the only customers there and the service was really slow. On the bright side, they have a great selection of wines. I’d suggest you don’t order a bottle but rather order per glass so that you can drink a variety of wines.
Went for lunch with a friend and it was the worst service ever received. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and we were the only patrons. As soon as we walked in, the hostess could not have been remotely bothered by our presence. When she finally noticed us, she dumped the menus at our table and just disappeared. We had to shout “hello, hi, anyone” just for her to come take our order. She vanished again and after waiting an additional 36 mins we decided to leave. Nobody even noticed us walking out.

If possible I’d give zero stars. Service was absolutely shocking. On a busy night like last night with the Christmas lights going this was the only place that you could easily get a table, no surprise as to why. We sat down and one waitress brought us 3 menus, 2 wine lists and a food menu. A second waitress came over grabbed the one wine list out my hand and said I need this wine list. We weren’t sure how the wine by the glass worked so asked what we needed to do just to get a glass of wine and she rambled something about a card that you load them take different glasses of wine that you want and pay at the end then walked off. If she had been a little more pleasant and actually explained the concept properly we probably would have spent our money there but we were so put off we left and had a lovely glass of wine at Tasha’s instead. Won’t be going back.
Wonderful place to visit and taste wines from more than 70 bottles. Cheese platter is to die for.Outside sitting is quite lekker on a hot spring day as we are experiencing now.
