After arriving, we had to shortly leave as the owner became incredibly aggressive and verbally abused my friend and I with offensive profanity. I certainly won’t be coming back here on my next South African trip.
Even though we were expecting bar food, our chicken burgers took close to an hour to arrive and were inedible. Only 2 wines available, 1 red, 1 white. Service fair. Owner ruined our Valentines evening, he is rude, aggressive and bad mannered. Will never return.
The drinks are very well priced and the decor is funky and relaxed. I like that it is often not as crowded as the other bars on 7th.
