My boyfriend and I came here last night for our anniversary, the view is absolutely breathtaking, we were in awe from the moment we walked in. The food looked good on our plates but it was disappointing.. We ordered the 300g Picanha steak which was overly salted, I couldn’t even finish my meal. The sides that we ordered were mashed potatoes and a pepper/mushroom sauce, this tasted really good but the steak should have been the star of the dish. One would think that a restaurant so highly recommended (and a bit expensive) would season a steak properly and at R275 to R300 a meal, we thought it would be pretty darn great. We enjoyed eating the complimentary bread more than we did our mains. We will never come back here for the food, maybe just for a drink or 2 and to enjoy the view.
