Their food is average and the decoration inside is standard & dull. One of the things that doesn’t really encourage me to come back is the amount of heavy hooka( Hubble bubble) smokers.
We made a booking for 8 people, for those of you that know Greenside the street parking is always busy and full. Our booking was for 07:30, we struggled to get parking and had to walk quite far, we got to the restaurant at 07:40 only to be told our table was given away and we can wait outside until another comes available. We said we were only 10minutes late why didn’t you call to confirm if we were still coming, the manager said we should have called them. Such a shame as the previous time we came here we were quite chuffed. Needless to say they won’t be seeing my money anytime soon!

The food was expensive for the amount of food and protein that was in our shawarma/wraps. Never in my life have I seen one long strip of chicken- just one- used to “fill” a wrap with some cabbage. Strange and very tasteless. Pipe was good. Hot Chocolate was average. All in all, below average food. And for only 4 people we were charged a service charge and expected to pay tip. Disgusting.
My Friend and I had our phones stolen off the table inside the restaurant, the criminals sit inside at the bar and grab them off the table and run into a waiting car in the street. I notified the Manager and he said it has happened a few times before and nothing has been done about it. And he still insisted that we pay the bill after all of it. People should be be warned about this.
