A very amazing friend of mine took me to this place for an early morning breakfast on my last day in Jo’burg. Never in my dreams would I have thought that there can be so many unique varieties of eggs. The place is situated in Melville in a very friendly environment. You can start off with you usual selection of coffee and fruit juices/smoothies. Then you move on to the confusing part of the day where in you will be faced with a difficult task of selecting from such a wide variety of eggs – scrambles, omelettes, multiple dishes. You can even build your own concoction. We went for the Green Shakshukha and Truffle Chili. Both were just amazing. The portions are nice and big. So you will get done in 1 dish (at least I was :D)Definitely visit this one if you are in Jo’burg.Cheers!!

Won’t go back. Ordered bacon and egss. Easiest breakfast to make but it arrived cold and in a cold plate. Sent it back and waitor did not even apologise. Someone else came to apologise but only half way through my guests’ meals.

Ambience: This is such a cute spot. I loved the plants and the music.Service: Very average, the place was busy so I don’t know if that’s why our waitress was a bit overwhelmed.Food: Ordered the famous fries with parmesan and was disappointed when they landed, I thought they’d be more parmesan. I loved the side that came with shashouka, it tasted amazing. I’m not a fan of hummus, but that one has changed my mind. The coconut cooler was so tasty, and refreshing.I’m going back just for the flat bread and hummus.
