The staff at the Service Station miss the mark completely. They are slow and absent. If one needs knives and forks, salt and pepper or sauces, you’ll need to go and find it yourself. The wait time is ridiculous. I have been here on three occasions, all of which we’re off peak, yet service is so inefficient and slow. Management needs to do more to ensure clients are better satisfied.

Surprised by the couple of negative recent reviews, complaining about the service. I find the waiters and staff to be very friendly and attentive and the food is always excellent quality. I love that they have the option of the granola, yoghurt and fruit salad buffet if you aren’t in the mood for something cooked (or, in my greedy case, feel like both). And their baked items are always excellent. One of my favourite brunch spots.
