This place in Linden is simply sublime. Charming staff with loads of variety: I bought a lemon meringue tart, milk tart, a salty choc chip cookie and a scone to take home- all travelled well and were thoroughly enjoyed. A must try! You won’t regret it.
A very warm and inviting bakery. Their pies are incredible and the coffee is great too. The service was very friendly but not overbearing. Will definitely visit again to try some of the other treats.
Those that know me, will know that I’m an absolute cake fanatic. I’ve been all over Jo’burg and I can confidently say that Oregano does the best cakes in Jo’burg, if not in Gauteng. Upon entering the quaint little bakery, you’re greeted by the friendly faces who pride themselves on their personalised service. The Oregano philosophy is to keep it small enough to achieve excellence and big enough to accommodate the customer. The cakes are phenomenal and I’d recommend that any cake lover should try their cakes if you haven’t already.
A beautiful, thriving bakery that serve a supurb Cuppacino. Attention to detail is amazing, right down to a glass of water with a touch of raspberry. Classy! ¡ large range of scrumptious cakes, delicious breads, smiling staff with in depth product knowledge. Do pop in! Delicious take away soup in winter. Never been dissapointed.
