ROSTO is an Italian roastery specialising in free range chicken, pork and lamb spit-roasted in front of a wood-burning fire. We offer Italian street food items; fries and salads to be eaten either as starters or sides, our very special focaccia (made with stoneground flour and natural yeast) and decadent Italian desserts. At ROSTO we produce food that is GOOD, CLEAN, and FAIR. No chemicals. No E numbers. No nasties. We make everything in the shop using the best local ingredients we can find. We make the salts, the sauces, the breads, the desserts... We even mature the vinegar we use to make our ROSTO Mayo. We are very selective in using imported ingredients. Our herbs and teas are mixed especially for us in Italy. We use real Parmigiano and Grana, RUMMO pasta, and dash of Polpa Mutti in our sugo. We know exactly whats in our food because we make it ourselves.
