The first Fournos store was opened in 1989 as a corner bakery in Rosebank. Shortly after a second store was opened in Dunkeld and today, Fournos has 15 Stores and 5 Kiosks throughout Jozi and Pretoria. At our core, we remain a retail bakery and coffee-shop-style eatery. However, as the market has changed over the years, we have expanded our offering to cater more completely for the growing market tastes and appetites. Today, Fournos also offers an extensive delicatessen, including ready-made meals as what we call gourmet-to-go; a sandwich bar, gelato and smoothies as well as catering platters for both office and home entertaining.
