The service was shocking. Whilst the restaurant was understandably busy, the Manager was unable to control the restaurant with no owner in sight. Waiting hours for our food to arrive . When I complained the response was there were larger tables which caused the delay. Cannot see myself returning anytime soon.
What a lovely experience. I heard about pronto from family and decided to have a quick lunch. The restaurant is lovely. I had the meatballs spaghetti which was perfect and a tiramisu which was amazing. The service was excellent and I left very happy. Everyone at pronto seem to take pride in the product.
I was so excited to try this place but I was a tad disappointed. The pasta was average, it looked great but lacked flavour. We had the Penne Amatriciana (tomato based with chicken) and the Beef, Mozzarella Chilli and Linguine, the beef was overcooked and chewy. Seems to be a popular spot but the food just did not reach our expectations. 🙁 cost for 2: R400.
