My overall rating is a 2,5 . Zomato doesn’t give that option I don’t often eat Fast Foods , however am consistently disappointed with KFC . We ordered two colonel burgers with zinger sauce as well as gravy . Although presentation and temperature has improved , Both the gravy and chicken patty’s were under seasoned . This seems to be general problem with KFC’s all over. How is it possible that the chicken is blend and almost tasteless . What ever happened to that salty peppery flavored tasting KFC . The food also lacked that famous aroma . Can KFC SA please respond . I think you are cutting corners or your employees are not spicing correctly and pocketing the rest ?

For a couple of months now there seems to be a trend at this store.• Service Is poor (If there is any) ☹☹☹• Continuously out of stock on products. (It seems that there is a management problem ☹☹☹• Waiting Time is Ridiculous ☹☹☹This is what you promise yet fail to deliver☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹ Yesterday 2019/7/7 when stopped there for lunch again, as it is very close to our residence, (After numerous incidents we have had enough now☹☹☹)We ordered Burger Meals and Ice – Cream ( Easy enough right)The Burgers had small buns ( and when I inquired the response was we have to take it like that as they did not get their delivery) I paid full price why should I have to accept anything less.The Chips packets was not even halfway filled. ( I paid Full price for this meal)And the Ice-Cream machine does not work. (AGAIN)We requested some Chilli Salt and was Informed that they did not have any either.I have attached my pictures when we got home with our food.There is no value for what we got,This is a poorly managed store. And if your employees had proper training it would be a different story, but when I complain they talk to each other and do absolutely nothing about the problem.Awaiting a responseKind Regards

My order was: 2xcoke (Ordered seperately)2xColonel burgers(2x all star meals were supposed to come with it as per order and slip)what i received:2x coke4x colonel burgers.Upon calling the resturant to discuss it, whoever i spoke to was utterly rude, and i would not suggest them to anyone. Order and slip both clearly state an all star meal is what you get free, yet they refuse to acknowledge it.uber eats is also not willing to help, so i will leave a review on some sites.Stay away from this kfc and uber eats, they promote bait advertising.
