Perfect Sunday hang out to have some Braai meat and a little party. It’s always busy so you’ll wait forever to get seated and get your food but it’s fun. So that makes up for it.
The worst restaurant I have ever been to in Joburg. The service is the worst. Food not even that great and what kind of restaurant that doesn’t have a menu. Disgusting!
Vibe was awesome but I had no help from waiters , runners and even the manager. Out of R382 food order my word and beefs cuts didn’t come through. After engaging the manager I got a portion of what the original order was. Menu is extremely restricted and pricey. Market targeted perhaps. Because of noise restrictions, on a summer day, the wall curtains had to be closed (no AC & fans in outside area), it gets extremely hot. I had to order my drinks directly from the bar because no tenders to my table of 3. Price for value on FB and Zomato are too low, extremely misleading. Didn’t get help for take aways, good and drinks all evening. We had to find someone to take our money the whole time. Vibe is OK, but all and all; I think it’s a joint hyped over radio, media and the like by DJs and owners who are making coin out of the patrons. Final say; 2/10, not worth the effort, you’re better off going to an authentic shisanyama and spend a third of the amount and 4x the service.
Unique type of vibe good for your meaty foods and drinks .Staff are friendly and helpful .Staff always make sure you are looked after regardless of how packed the place could get .
