Service was not bad. Food was decent. However, despite asking if we wanted to be seated in smoking or non-smoking, they seem to allow people to smoke anywhere and everywhere.
It’s actually a 3 ,5 star rating. The service initially was good we chose to have the Rib special .. which was well coked and extremely tasty. It didn’t however separate from the bone as easily as it should have. That said .. it was spiced and based exceptionally well. The accompanying chips were substantial and crispy . The cool thing was our ribs were precut which took away that messy task. This special included a savanna which we discovered but were not informed by the waitron. The staff were friendly and accommodating but not very attentive to detail. I think Santos would be a great place to hangout given tge great vice & their ongoing value offers.
