Extremely poor service. Placed an order with their staff and indicated a time to collect after visiting the gym, only to be told that they did not have any orders under my name. The Manager was not apologetic nor was he friendly. In fact he totally ignored my complaint and continued to help the next customer. I would give them a zero rating, but this is not an option, hence the 1
Tandoori Grill is the restaurant I have visited mostly as a lot of birthday or anniversary parties happens at this venue. Per person for any party they charge around ZAR 150 which includes two veg starters and one non vegetarian starter followed by Pulao rice or Jeera rice and one daal, one veg curry and one non veg curry with naan or missi roti. The spread is enough to fill your stomach and food is authentic Punjabi food. I really love the vibe at the restaurant and the open area is nice and gives you a grand feeling of the skies and the surrounding are pleasant to look at. Go visit it for lunch buffet on weekdays and enjoy the Indian cuisine. Thanks
I have yet to find tikka chicken that comes close to the tikka options you find in Durban. Im on the quest. Last night I ordered the tikka chicken with naan. It was actually good still not close to its competition but pretty darn good. The naan was the traditional garlic butter and the chicken had the tandoor spiciness and the grilled perfection of chicken on the braai.
Absolutely terrible service, would not recommend and will definitely not come back. Take away order took almost an hour after waitress said it would be about 10min. Food is below average with small portions. Very disappointing experience.
