  We were served ice tea on arrival which is unsweetened and refreshing. After ordering 6 starters were placed on the table which was complimentary and unexpected.The main courses came out one by one – 2 of our meals was served after every one was done with theirs and we were a family of 5. I found the food bland except for the sweet chicken dish my daughter ordered and the pancakes.The meals are pricy but then again the servings are really large

  The food is great but unfortunately the whole experience is being let down by the front of house staff.The waitress battled to understand english which caused room for confusion.Sadly i wont end up at this restaurant again.

  Been here a couple times in the past and have left a happy and full customer, however this time I was soundly disappointed when I went a little over a week ago. From the outside, the restaurant looks as if it is closed, and also gives the impression that it is run down. Going inside, the owner/manager was glad to welcome us and find us a nice, clean table. We usually take a bit of time to decide what we want to order due to the vast option of food items on offer, so ordered a few drinks. Was quite surprising to know that some simple beverage items were not available, such as a Coke Zero, or a Sprite, but oddly enough Grapetiser were available.When it came time to order our meals, our waiter did not know what we were ordering, even though showing the picture and wording off the menu, as well as how many quantities of each. This resulted in orders getting missed out, as well as arriving one-by-one with a roughly 5 minute interval between each meal, making us feel bad for getting our meals and waiting for our friends to receive their meals. After waiting a good half an hour or more, everybody had received their meals, except for me that had still not got my meal yet. I asked the waiter and it so happened that the meal was left out of the order. I still had the patience to ask them to make it, assuming it was just a simple mistake. A handful of minutes later, I still did not receive my meal. No apologies from the owner nor the waiter. Asked for the bill and decided not to come here again until they organise themselves and decide to get more than one waiter, as she seemed very swamped with the amount of orders and did not possess a good understanding of English. A suggestion, would be to put numbers behind the menu options, which would make it easier to understand and therefore the waiter would not have to write down the more complicated Korean dish names. All things aside, the food still tasted great (from the small tastes I had from my peers), however there seemed like little effort put in the food, and portions were quite small compared from previous times we were there, and compared to the price we were paying.I would not recommend coming to eat here if in large groups of people, or once they sort out their problems, try another Korean restaurant.

  Popped in here a few times with the family and really enjoy the food. The food is actually Korean 🙂 and delicious. Would highly recommend to people who have not tried this cuisine. It isn’t as weird as it sounds. Definitely recommend the Bossam and kim chi chigae. Service could be a little friendlier as the prices are quite high. A big plus was that the bathrooms were very clean and tidy which I find difficult to find in Asian restaurants

  I was apprehensive to try this restaurant because of the high authenticity & a little hesitant but I decided to give it a try. First off, the menu was totally different inside as to what is uploaded here. It is clear with pictures of every single item which makes it harder to choose as everything looks amazing but easy to choose the dish you want.I had a brief chat with the manager & he was a very sweet and polite man. He asked if I had tried the restaurant before and if I was familiar with Korean cuisine. I ordered for takeaway & it was amazing. I really recommend this restaurant. My experience was really positive overall. Very impressed!
