The lamb shank is soaked in rosemary, garlic, and red wine overnight and baked in pizza oven for six to eight hours. Bye bye salad, hello comfort food. The meat literally fell off the bone and it took every ounce of self restraint I had not to lick the gravy off the plate, so I used the crispy potato wedges to soak it up instead.
I have previously enjoyed their pizza, so I thought I would take guests from the Cape.Two of the table had the beef lasagne, which they enjoyed. The other two ordered pastas, which were completely overpowered by chilli. The manager kindly replaced the meals though at least.2 of our table felt ill later that night.The waitress was inattentive despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty, no one asked how the food was or offered drinks or dessert. A disappointing night.

I was so let down. Date with hubby after months. Desperately craving their fish with their awesome sauce. It was all terrible, the fish was dry and I could taste egg,the food was also under seasoned. Our waiter wasn’t attentive, but we dismissed that assuming its his first day. Normally great food but has left me dissatisfied the last 2 visits.
