Went out on a recommendation of a friend and was quite disappointed. How and where to order and how to get your food is quite confusing. All knife, forks etc seem to be slightly hidden when you collect your food so you have to go back and get those. We had burgers the meat was good but the buns were stale. The concept is great but they need to work on a few things. Children will enjoy it as there is quite a lot for them to do and be out doors running around.
Great setting. Love the relaxed atmosphere and play ground for kids at the Stables. The pimms jugs are a winner and very refreshing. Pulled pork sandwiches not the real thing though tasty. Would be great if there are more vegetarian options on menu. Service laid back but adequate.
Nice concept but falls down on execution. We went for breakfast and you can’t really make out how to order. You order food in a multiple different places and the order coffee elsewhere. The food is very reasonably priced. But no waiters so you have to fetch your own food. Basics like enough knives and forks seem to be challenge. The deli has a very limited selection so I wouldn’t drive out to shop there either. We were one of six tables and they were taking strain so I think if it’s busy, it would be a disaster. If they want to survive, they will need to re- think the concept- trying to offer everything from pizza to sushi to craft beer and waffles. Rather do one thing well in my opinion.
