This truly is a hole-in-the-wall, blink and you will miss it. It is in the far corner of a rather drab looking shopping center but don’t be put off. The owner really makes you feel special. The menu has varied Asian region inspired dishes. We opted for Thai mains which did not disappoint with many authentic flavors. Lime is a big feature. A crunchy unusual surprise were the Rice Crispies on the Japanese Tempura prawns. Generous rice portions are costed separately. Not licensed so allowed to BYOB. We went on a Sunday when most Linden eateries are closed, hence the discovery. Parking for days right outside their doorstep.
After reading a review on Facebook, we decided to give this little gem a try. Granted, we’ve only ordered takeaways from them a few times and not actually sat down for a meal there. Their ingredients are fresh and the meals are tasty. The crispy beef with rice is a winner. The tempura prawns are also very good. Love the different fried rice options available. The fried coriander bites that they have on the buffet selection were a real hit with the kids. On the flipside, their sushi, though very well presented and well sized portions, is a bit bland. It still remains our go-to-guy for excellent Chinese take-aways.
